Either. Local engagements are commonly invoiced in RWF and international ones in USD or EUR. We agree the currency and payment schedule before work starts, in writing.

That is a default assumption in how we build, not a special request. We design data layers so applications stay usable on a weak connection and reconcile cleanly when it returns, and we test on mid-range Android devices rather than only on flagship phones.

Sometimes. We run a small number of projects at once, so we are honest when something is not a fit. If we cannot take it, we will say so quickly rather than leaving you waiting.
